Welcome to Week two.
I do hope that you all had a great Waitangi day?
This week readers will be coming home. As children may have progressed and changed levels over the holidays, don't be concerned if their readers are too easy or hard. I will be looking at this through out the week. Each night their reader comes home they will also bring a " Books I have read" form. Could you please fill in the story title and sign, returning the book the next day. Sadly, as so many books go missing we will not be sending another book home until the reader is returned.
Our maths focus this week remains "Statistics" but looking at probability. Is it likely that something "will" "might" or "won't" happen.
On Tuesday we have Fiona Hurley from Swim safe NZ visiting, she will be assisting with our swimming program.
