We are almost at the end of another busy, productive learning
term. When I stop and look back I am so proud of the amazing learning that the
children have all done throughout this term.
Last Friday saw me send home a brief “touching base” note
about your child’s learning – if you have not received it, please look inside
their schoolbags – they all put it in there. It is meant as a brief update on
how their learning is progressing since out last formal contact.
Mr Jones has returned to Massey University in Palmerston
North, until he returns in Week 1 next term.
On Monday we are extremely fortunate to have Jenny Mosley from
the UK visiting–Jenny is the author of many educational books and developer of the
“Circle Time” program that we operate visiting and demonstrating sessions for
us.
Wednesday we will be taking part in the National “Stop Drop
Hold” campaign. This will be taking place all over the country with schools and
businesses practicing their earthquake drills at the same time
